For anyone else who finds this thread, I found two fixes: in the start menu, type sound and open the Sound Settings menu. All I know is that the only way i got my 5.1Ch speakers to work. I understand but we have a issue that Realtek dosent show all those Enhancements in the Enhancements tab. There should be an Enhancements tab (or similar name) and from there u should options such as Bass Redirect, Equalizer and extra features of that sort u can configure.
